It Depends

The phenomena having existence dependent on conditions are the following. Distance (needs more than one location), the time effect (needs perception of objects moving a distance), objects (needing dimension definitions) and velocity (requiring both an object and a distance for traveling) are these phenomena. Light isn't an object. Because of this, it can't travel a distance. This means it cannot register a measurement of time. Seeing a man in a rocket ship approaching the speed of light, we'll notice him gaining mass, moving slower but in a smaller environment than ourselves. Seeing a honey bee buzzing around, we are observing bodies with less mass than our own. They're moving faster but in a larger environment than ours. Which mass body has the perceiver correctly viewing the state of the universe? Both are equally incorrect perceptions of reality in its absolute. It is information in a non-spacial, a-temporal state (quantum particles have no size which disqualifies them from enjoying a dimensional state).

Two virtual particles with perceptual distance between them can influence one another instantaneously. Nothing can go over the speed of light. Time stops at the constant. Go faster would be going slower than non- motion. The cause of instantaneous communication is from there being no absolute time or space interfering with the communication.Non- motion is the only possible scenario if only one Location truly exists. When this location is superpositioned into many locations, that which is at the One True Location must also be at the many. Light, at the constant (One True Location), has to be at the many locations without traveling to them.  There is no measurable time at the constant. This is possible at infinite velocity, an instantaneous arrival from departure. Any velocity between zero velocity and infinite velocity will be a finite velocity or a limit on the unlimited.
